WESTFIELD, NJ — Two Westfield High School juniors achieved perfect scores on sections of college admissions exams administered in December, the school district announced.

Junior Eric Palia achieved a perfect score on the math portion of the SAT, and junior Sean Hazard earned top scores on the science and STEM sections of the ACT, Monday’s announcement said.

The ACT is a national college admissions examination that consists of subject area tests in English, mathematics, reading and science. ACT test results are accepted by all four-year colleges and universities in the United States.
