Volunteers Will Clean Up South Orange Police Department Headquarters on Sunday


SOUTH ORANGE, NJ – Village residents will be rolling up their sleeves to clean and beautify the outside of police headquarters on Sunday, October 27, from 12 p.m. – 2 p.m.

Volunteers are being sought to assist with the group effort to clean, weed, plant and wash vehicles.

Groups supporting this community event include South Orange Village, S.O Environmental Commission, S.O. Neighborhood Watch, South Orange Rescue Squad, the Community Emergency Response Team, the South Orange Village Center Alliance, Seton Hall Student Government Association, Seton Hall Pirate Battalion and the S.O. Department of Public Works.

Anyone willing to help is welcome to meet the group at 201 South Orange Avenue on Sunday at noon.  Volunteers are asked to bring work gloves.
