BLOOMFIELD, NJ--Each year during October a haunted house emerges among the homes lining Walnut Street in Bloomfield.  Resident Andrew Alsheskie makes sure that each year is a little spookier than the year before.

"This year's Halloween display is our most  challenging to make it family friendly and safe for those willing to endure a scare or two. Each animated decoration is placed meticulously to give viewers a fright with a theme purpose not often seen at houses. I would highly recommend checking the display out if you enjoy the festivities of the holiday without the excess blood, gore, or faux-murder scenes," said Alsheskie

The display operation hours are 6-10 p.m. every evening.  Take a ride down Walnut Street and you'll be sure to find tricks, treats and enough scares for everyone in your family.  Alsheskie reminds everyone to use precautions if you're visiting his house. "On Halloween we will be following all Covid safety measures. We encourage treat or treaters to follow safety guidelines and wear a mask if you are going to stop by to check out our display."
