WARREN, NJ - Warren PBA Local #235 President (Officer) Jeff Sohler and Delegate (Detective) Rob Dinsmore had the pleasure of honoring two Warren residents on Thursday, Nov. 19 with Honorary Lifetime Memberships in the Warren PBA. Victor Sordillo and George Dealaman Jr. were presented with Silver Life Cards for their numerous years of overwhelming support to the officers of the Warren Township Police Department.
As a long-standing member of the Warren Township Committee, Victor Sordillo has served as Police Commissioner, for several years, and has always maintained a positive working relationship with the department, understanding what it takes to best serve our community. As a resident of Warren Township, Victor’s support for the police is unwavering and forever appreciated.
George Dealaman Jr. is a lifelong resident and business owner in Warren Township. His family legacy spans over 150 years in the township and has always been an integral part of the community. George has consistently been a selfless supporter of the police department never expecting anything in return. George will be our first legacy Silver Life Member recipient as his father, George Sr., received this recognition in 1993.
President Sohler stated, “On behalf of all the members of Warren PBA Local #235 we are proud to honor these two gentlemen and look forward to a continuing positive relationship for years to come.”
Sordillo and Dealaman are both active members of the Warren Honorary PBA (WHPBA). The WHPBA is a service organization of volunteers whose goals include: promoting a closer relationship between the residents and police; supporting and encouraging efficiency, morale, and general welfare for all the members of the police force and their families in times of need; and to cooperate with the Chief of Police and members of the police force so that the public can receive the maximum protection and benefits from the department.
