Watchung Hills Boys Lacrosse Victorious In Home Opener Over Holmdel, 14-2, Cunningham Nets Six

WARREN, NJ - Ryan Cunningham netted six goals to lead Watchung Hills to a 14-2 victory over Holmdel in their rain soaked home opener.
Sean Mullaney and Alec Orazietti each scored two goals for Watchung Hills. Tyler Furlong, John Tekin, Robert Torrisi, and Carl Valentino added a goal apiece.
The Warriors not only dominated on offense, they had a stellar performance by the defense. 
Starting goalie, Nick Malinousky played half the game, shutting out the Hornets in those 24 minutes. He saved three. Junior Jack Ayre entered the game in the second half, giving up just two goals and saved two.
The Warriors take on Hunterdon Central Wednesday, April 2 at 3:45 on home turf.
