West Orange African Heritage Organization to Sponsor Board of Education Meet the Candidates Night on October 24

WEST ORANGE, NJ - The West Orange African Heritage Organization (WOAHO) will be holding a Meet the Candidates evening at Liberty Middle School on Thursday, October 24, from 8:00-9:30 pm.
All three candidates for the West Orange Board of Education, Sandra Mordecai, Phil Orphanidis and Mark Robertson, are scheduled to participate in the forum and debate.  A representative from the New Jersey League of Women Voters will moderate the event.  Candidates will be given an opportunity to make statements and answer questions from the moderator, from the audience and from our Let Your Voices Be Heard Blog.
Residents are encouraged to visit the WOAHO web site www.woaho.org and post questions under the Let Your Voices Be Heard Blog.  Questions will be considered for inclusion.
