Westfield Agent Frank D. Isoldi Named Among America’s Top Real Estate Professionals By Wall Street Journal/Real Trends

Broker Sales Associate Frank D. Isoldi of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Westfield East office has been recognized as one of America’s most successful real estate agents in the Wall Street Journal/Real Trends 2013 Top 1,000 report. Isoldi ranked No. 202 on the list of the Top 250 individual sales professionals by closed transaction volume, closing approximately $58 million in sales in 2012. Isoldi previously made the Real Trends “Top Thousand” in 2011 and 2012.

The Real Trends Top Thousand ranks real estate agents and teams in four separate categories, each category rating the respective Top 250 for excellence as follows:

  • Individual Sales Professionals by Closed Transaction Volume
  • Individual Sales Professionals by Closed Transaction Sides (In each real estate transaction, there are two sides that can be represented by a real estate agent: a buyer’s and a seller’s).
  • Teams by Closed Transaction Volume
  • Teams by Closed Transaction Sides

According to Real Trends, the leading sales professionals in the Top Thousand averaged more than 140 closed transactions and over $50 million in closed sales volume. As a comparison, the national averages are less than 10 closed transactions and less than $1.2 million in closed volume.
