WESTFIELD, NJ — On Thursday, Sept. 18, the employment & labor group of Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C., attorneys at law, will host a free employment law breakfast seminar at their office at 53 Cardinal Drive in Westfield.

“New Jersey employment law is constantly changing,” said John H. Schmidt, Jr., Esq., who will speak on arbitration of employment claims. “By conducting this seminar we hope to keep our clients and friends up to date on some of those changes.” 

Other topics the seminar will cover are the Affordable Care Act; recordkeeping for wage & hour; new state and federal protections for pregnant employees; and restrictions on background checks.
