“WHS is very proud of Michael and his accomplishments,” said Westfield Athletic Director Sandra Mamary. “He demonstrates a hard work ethic and an intense passion for the game. As with all of our national letter of intent signees, this could not be possible without their dedication and diligence in the classroom.”

Interestingly, she noted, "This marks 13 consecutive years of a Division One catcher at WHS."
