Westfield’s New York 8th Ave Deli Celebrates Opening

WESTFIELD, NJ — New York 8th Ave Deli held a ribbon cutting ceremony June 7 to celebrate its recent opening at 256 East Broad Street. Located in the space formerly used by the WindMill, the quick-service restaurant offers traditional deli foods including hot bagels, hot dogs, burgers, sandwiches, smoothies, breakfasts, soups, daily hot specials and burritos, as well as a few Korean specialties including traditional bimbim bap.

Owners John and Sophia Yu came to Westfield after running a deli for 27 years on New York’s 8th Avenue.

“My friend told me it was very nice here,” Sophia Yu said, and the couple agreed.
