Somerset County, NJ - What to expect on Election Day in Somerset County:

🇺🇸 Only voters who need ADA assistance will be able to vote on a machine, all other voters who come to a polling location will receive a provisional ballot
🇺🇸 Vote by Mail ballots can be returned to a poll worker
🇺🇸 There will be fewer polling locations in the county

Somerset County residents can return their ballot in one of the 13 secure drop boxes around the county.

Due to historically high volume, ballots deposited in Secure Ballot Drop Box locations may take up to one week to show up as “Received” and Ballots sent via US Mail may take up to two weeks to show up as "Received" in the Track My Ballot tool.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: A voter's ballot status won’t be changed to "Accepted" or "Rejected" until after the certification of the Election, on November 20th.
