HOBOKEN, NJ - Two men were arrested Wednesday night after raiding a vessel that was docked at Hoboken's Pier 14.

According to the Hoboken Police Department, at about 8:30 on September 16, Special Officers Kyle Seper and Chris Soto were tipped off that two males were aboard the Cornucopia Majesty, a large party boat docked on the northern end of Hoboken's Hudson River Waterfront.

Lt. Keith Rotondi, Tyrone Huggins and Bianca Arroyo also responded. Once aboard the vessel, the officers observed broken glass bottles, broken cabinets, two damaged ATM machines and damage to the ship's security cameras.

Christian Singh, 24, and Dwayne Persaud, 27—both of Richmond Hill, New York—were located on board the vessel and arrested for Burglary, Conspiracy to commit Burglary, Criminal Mischief, 2 counts of criminal attempt theft, theft, tampering with evidence, and possession of burglary tools. The two were additionally charged with possession of CDS marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia after being searched by the officers.

Both defendants were released after being processed and remain innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.
