Pequannock Man Pleads Guilty to Theft by Deception

MORRISTOWN, NJ -  Keith Enlow of Pequannock pleaded guilty to theft be deception before Honorable Thomas Critchley on July 9.

Enlow, a former registered representative at Merrill Lynch convinced the victim to move her money into an online brokerage account which he claimed he would manage, said authorities. After the money was moved, police stated that Enlow withdrew $9,400 each month for personal expenses. The loss to the victim was $472,000 over 18 months, said authorities.

Enlow faces four years in New Jersey State Prison and has agreed to restitution of the entire amount. The sentencing date for Mr. Enlow is on September 21, 2018.
