CLIFTON, NJ - It was an outstanding weekend for the Hasbrouck Heights track teams, as the Boys took home a North 1, Group 1, team championship, while the girls took second at the North 1, Group 1 championship held at Mustang Stadium at Clifton High School.

Both Aviator teams maintained their position in the standings after Day 1.  The Aviators captured the boys division with a 90-71 victory over Mountain Lakes, with Pompton Lakes coming in third.  

The Lady Aviators finished second behind Kinnelon, who had a dominating meet, ringing up 125 points, with Hasbrouck Heights finishing in second with 79.5  Mountain Lakes was a distant third with 52 points.

Next up for the teams will be the State Group Championships next Friday and Saturday in Franklin, NJ.
