HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ - Two South Jersey High Schools, Middletown South and Point Pleasant Boro, have withdrawn from the Last Dance Baseball Tournament after advancing to the second round after positive COVID-19 tests according to reports in NJ Advance Media.

As a result, two play-in games that were scheduled for Monday have now been canceled, as all four teams will now make the second round.

Wood-Ridge advanced to the second round by winning the Becton/Wood-Ridge regional bracket, defeating North Arlington, Midland Park and St. Mary (Rutherford) last week.
