BRIDGEWATER, NJ - A New York resident was arrested for disorderly conduct following an incident at the Marriott, on Commons Way, according to a report from Bridgewater Township Police.

Jana L. Agopian, 40, of Oceanside, New York, was arrested for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and hindering apprehension.

According to the report, officers were investigating a loud noise complaint when Agopian refused to cooperate with police.

Agopian was taken to Somerset County Jail, pending a court appearance.

Police made other arrests for shoplifting, DWI and more in this week's police blotter.

  • Andres Conejo, 38, of Somerville, was arrested Nov. 30 at 12:44 a.m. for driving while intoxicated after committing a motor vehicle violation on Route 22. He was issued summonses for DWI, failure to submit a breath sample, reckless driving, careless driving, failure to maintain a lane and failure to signal. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.
  • JGarrett VanDoren, 57, of Manville, was arrested Nov. 28 at 6:12 p.m. for driving while intoxicated after being involved in a single motor vehicle crash on Finderne Avenue. He was issued summonses for DWI, careless driving and failure to maintain a lane. He was taken to RWJ at Somerset, and released pending a court appearance.
  • Robert Resuta, 58, of Bridgewater, was arrested Dec. 2 at 12:30 a.m. for driving while intoxicated after committing a motorvehicle violation on Route 22. He was issued summonses for DWI, speeding, reckless driving, failure to stop at a stop sign, unsafe lane change, operating a motor vehicle without the owner's consent and failure to signal. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.
  • Robyn L. Hoy, 43, of Sparta, was arrested Dec. 5 at 12 a.m. for driving while intoxicated after her vehicle became disabled following a motor vehicle crash. Hoy was found at the Pier 1 Imports, on Route 202/206. Hoy was issued summonses for DWI and unregistered vehicle. She was transported to RWJ at Somerset, and released pending a court appearance.
  • Justin Fisher, 37, of Somerville, was arrested Dec. 7 at 1:56 a.m. for driving while intoxicated after being involved in a motor vehicle crash in the Wendy's parking lot on Route 22 East. Fisher was issued summonses for DWI and careless driving. He was processed and released pending a court appearance.
  • Kimberly H. Pickell, 53, of Bridgewater, was arrested Nov. 28 at 2 a.m. for driving while intoxicated after committing a motor vehicle violation on Route 202. She was issued summonses for DWI, reckless driving and failure to maintain a lane. Pickell was processed and released pending a court appearance.
  • Marlen E. Canales, 22, of North Plainfield, was arrested Nov. 24 at 3:15 a.m. for drunken disorderly conduct at the Bridgewater Inn on Route 22 West. She was processed and released pending a court date.
  • Yoshabel Reategui, 23, of Franklin Park, was arrested Nov. 25 at 1:18 p.m. for shoplifting after being found with cell phone accessories, valued at $67, from Target, in the Bridgewater Promenade. Reategui was processed and released pending a court appearance.
  • Wendy K. Delossantosferrer, 32, of Bound Brook, was arrested Dec. 7 at 5:24 p.m. for shoplifting after being found with clothing, food and home goods valued at $493 from Target, in the Bridgewater Promenade. Delossantosferrer was processed and released pending a court appearance.
  • Janaiyah Sheltann Rozzelle, 25, of Maplewood, and Tayana Marie Gastelo, 25, of Rahway, were arrested for shoplifting Nov. 26 at 7:30 p.m. at Target, in the Bridgewater Promenade. Rozzelle allegedly shoplifted $320 worth of items, and Gastelo allegedly shoplifted $290 worth of items. Both were processed for the arrest. Rozzelle was lodged in the Somerset County Jail, and Gastelo was released. Both have pending court appearances in municipal court.
