On 02 January  2020 – After responding to police headquarters, Carlos J. Aguilar-Castro, age 25 of Dover, NJ, was arrested by Ptl. Grosso on the strength of an outstanding ATS contempt warrant out of Hackettstown.  Mr. Aguilar-Castro was processed, advised of his mandatory court appearance date in Hackettstown Municipal Court, then released.

On 03 January  2020 – Following a motor vehicle stop, Patrick J. Beety, age 24 of Dover, NJ, was arrested by Ptl. Francica on the strength of multiple outstanding ATS warrants out of Randolph and Roxbury. Mr. Beety was processed, advised of his mandatory court appearance date in Randolph Twp. Municipal Court, then turned over to Roxbury Police in regard to the warrant out of their jurisdiction.

On 03 January  2020 - Following a motor vehicle accident investigation, Ahmed A. Abdallah, age 30 of Morristown, NJ, was arrested by Ptl. Szilagyi for Possession of Marijuana under 50 grams, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Failure to Turn Over CDS, and Hindering His Own Apprehension, as well as being issued several summonses for multiple motor vehicle violations.  Mr. Abadallah was processed, advised of his mandatory first court appearance date in Randolph Twp. Municipal Court, then released.

On 04 January  2020 – Following a motor vehicle crash investigation, James W. Delaney, age 44 of Randolph, NJ, was arrested by Ptl. Szilagyi for Driving While Intoxicated.  Mr. Delaney was issued several motor vehicle summonses for his violations, including leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage.  Mr. Delaney was processed, advised of his mandatory first court appearance date in Randolph Twp. Municipal Court, then released.

On 04 January  2020 – Following a motor vehicle stop, Eduardo M. Vallejo, age 31 of Roxbury, NJ, was arrested by Ptl. Sullivan on the strength of multiple outstanding ATS contempt warrants out of Roxbury, Dover, and Randolph.  Mr. Vallejo was processed, advised of his three (3) mandatory court appearance dates in each of the above referenced Municipal Courts, then released.

On 10 January  2020 – Following an investigation by patrols into a report of a burglary in progress, Heather R. Dunham, age 19 of Kearny, NJ, was arrested by Ptl. Sullivan for Possession of Marijuana under 50 grams, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Alcohol Underage, Improper Behavior, as well as being issued several motor vehicle summonses for her violations.  Ms. Dunham was processed, advised of her mandatory first court appearance date in Randolph Twp. Municipal Court, then released.

On 13 January  2020 – Following a motor vehicle stop, Michael Vanegas, age 35 of Dover, NJ, was arrested by Ptl. Carbonaro on the strength of an outstanding  NCIC warrant out of Hanover Township, NJ.  Mr. Vanegas  was also charged with Hindering His Own Apprehension, as well as multiple motor vehicle summonses for his violations.  Mr. Vanegas was processed, advised of his mandatory first court appearance date in Randolph Twp. Municipal Court, then lodged in the Morris County Correctional Facility on the strength of Hanover Township’s NCIC warrant.

On 18 January  2020 – A resident responded to Police Headquarters to report identity theft and fraud.  The victim stated he was made aware that multiple credit card accounts were fraudulently opened by an unknown party using his identity and charges made on the accounts, as well as several other fraudulent charges that were made on his legitimate accounts.  The accounts were all deactivated by the victim.  

On 22 January  2020 – Following an investigation into a possible disabled motor vehicle in the roadway, Nicholas A. Skirvin, age 41 of Denville, NJ, was arrested by Sgt. McGaughran for Possession of Marijuana under 50 grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Mr. Skirvin was processed, advised of his mandatory first court appearance date in Randolph Twp. Municipal Court, then released.

On 24 January  2020 – Following a motor vehicle stop, Saral Ojha, age 28 of Parsippany, NJ, was arrested by Ptl. Senyk for Possession of Marijuana Under 50 grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Mr. Ojha was processed, advised of his mandatory first court appearance date in Randolph Twp. Municipal Court, then released.

On 28 January  2020 – Following  an investigation into an unwanted person complaint, Santiago Atehortua Colorado, age 24 of Randolph, NJ, was arrested by Ptl. Szilagyi on the strength of several outstanding ATS & ACS warrants out of Morris Plains, Morris Twp., and Randolph.  Mr. Atehortua Colorado was processed, advised of his three (3) mandatory court appearance dates in each of the above referenced Municipal Courts, then released.

On 31 January  2020 – Following a motor vehicle stop, Cherly Descopin, age 33 of Irvington, NJ, was arrested by Ptl. Grosso on the strength of an outstanding ATS contempt warrant out of Westfield.  Ms. Descopin was processed, issued several motor vehicle summonses for her violations, advised of her mandatory court date in Westfield Municipal Court, then released

On 31 January  2020 – Following an investigation into a trespassing complaint, Thomas E. Moore, age 64 of Randolph, NJ, was arrested by Ptl. Deluca on the strength of an outstanding ATS contempt warrant out of Roxbury.  Mr. Moore was processed, advised of his mandatory court appearance date in Roxbury Municipal Court, then released.

In the month of January, Randolph Police responded to and investigated 66 motor vehicle accidents.
