9/22 - At 1832 hours a report was taken for a theft from a Springfield Avenue business. The victim reported the incident occurred earlier on the same date when a black female entered the establishment to place items on consignment. As the employee was processing the items, the female suspect exited the establishment with a black Kate Spade rolling carry-on bag. The bag was described to have a quilted pattern with gold tags and zippers. The total value of the stolen item at the time of the report was approximately $400.00. 

09/25 - At 1958 hours a report was taken for a burglary to a Canoe Brook Parkway residence. The victim reported the incident occurred sometime between the evening hours of 09/07 and 1958 hours on 09/25. At the time of the report, it was discovered the only item missing from the residence was an older model iPhone 6, valued at approximately $200.00. Investigation was turned over to the Summit Police Department Detective Bureau. 

09/28- Janeisha S. Allen-Adlam, 27, of Summit was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant issued by the Broward County Sheriff’s Office, Florida. Ms. Allen-Adlam was processed and transported to the Union County Jail where custody was transferred to their officers.

09/28 - Kamau C. Milliner, 24, of Newark was arrested and charged with fraudulent use of a credit card and two (2) contempt of court warrants from Orange and Alpha. Mr. Milliner was processed and released with a pending court date. 

09/29 - David P. Figueroa, 26, of Newark was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. Mr. Figueroa was processed and released with a pending court date. 

09/29 - Jimmy A. Tagle-Mantuano, 42, of Morristown, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. Mr. Tagle- Mantuano was processed and released with a pending court date. 

09/29 - At 1655 hours a report was taken for a theft from a Morris Avenue apartment. The victim reported the incident occurred between 1400 and 1630 hours on the same date. Taken from the victim’s apartment were one (1) 14K yellow gold men’s ring with the victim’s name engraved on the ring and one (1) stainless steel Tag Aquaracer watch with a black face piece. The total value of the stolen items was approximately $5,000.00. 

09/30 - Steven J. Quiros, 21, of Summit was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana. Mr. Quiros was processed and released with a pending court date. 

09/30 - At 1508 hours a report was taken for a theft of black leather wallet from a business on Morris Avenue. The victim reported the incident occurred between 1515 hours on 09/23 and 0900 hours on 09/25. Taken with the wallet were multiple credit cards. At the time of the report, the value of the wallet was approximately $100.00. 

10/01 - Eduardo Delacruz, 61, of Newark was arrested on a contempt of court warrant. Mr. Delacruz was processed and released with a pending court date. 

10/01 - At 1315 hours a report was taken for a theft of a black backpack from Tatlock Field. The victim reported the incident occurred sometime between 1300 hours and 1315 hours on the same date when the black drawstring Adidas bag was removed from the track fence. Taken with the bag were one (1) brown leather wallet, several credit cards, one BMW key fob and a driver’s license. The victim reported the total value of the stolen items was approximately $350.00 at the time of theft. 

10/03 - Nicholas T. Hargrave, 26, of East Orange was arrested on two contempt of court warrants out of Jersey City and East Orange. Mr. Hargrave was processed, and custody was subsequently turned over to East Orange Police Department. 

10/03 - At 1614 hours a report was taken for a theft of services from a business on Morris Essex Turnpike. The victim reported the incident occurred at approximately 1525 hours when a Toyota Camry, operated by a younger white male, arrived at the gas pumps. The individual pumped his own gas into the vehicle, and when the victim approached the car to collect payment, the vehicle sped off. Stolen from the business was $46.71 worth of gas. 

10/05 - At 1328 hours a report was taken for a theft from an unsecured motor vehicle parked at a River Road business. The victim reported the incident occurred possibly around 1100 hours on the same date. The parked vehicle was entered with a money clip being removed that contained multiple credit and debit cards and forms of identification. At the time of the report, the victim was unable to assign a value to the stolen items. 

10/05 - At 1537 hours a report was taken for a theft from an unsecured motor vehicle parked at a River Road business. The victim reported the incident occurred between 1020 hours and 1230 hours on the same date. Taken from the unsecured vehicle were miscellaneous credit and debit cards, as well as several forms of identification that were removed from a wallet. At the time of the report, the victim was unable to assign a value to the stolen items. 

10/06 - At 1117 hours a report was taken for a theft of a wallet from an individual at a business on Beauvoir Avenue. The victim reported the incident occurred sometime between 10/05 and 10/06 where a black bi-fold wallet had been taken. Inside the wallet was a driver’s license, two (2) debit cards and approximately $80.00 in cash. At the time of the report, the total value of the stolen items was approximately $110.00. 

10/08 - At 0727 hours a report was taken for a burglary to a Union Place business. The victim reported the incident occurred sometime between 1830 hours on 10/07 and 0715 hours on 10/08. The victim stated two cash registers had been broken into with approximately $400.00 total being taken from the registers. The Union County Sherriff’s Office responded to process the scene along with the Summit Police Department Detective Bureau. The incident is currently being investigated by the Summit Police Department Detective Bureau. 

10/09- At 0826 hours a report was taken for a theft from a Morris Avenue business. The victim reported the incident occurred at approximately 2343 hours on 10/08 when a white or Hispanic male, approximately 25-30 years old, wearing a black long sleeve shirt and tan pants entered the business. The suspect requested ten (10) packs of Newport 100 brand cigarettes. While the victim was getting the items together, the suspect grabbed all ten (10) packs off the counter and abruptly vacated the business without paying. Total value of the stolen items was approximately $90.74. 

10/10 - At 1109 hours a report was taken for a theft of jewelry from a Springfield Avenue residence. The victim reported the incident occurred between 09/10/19 and 09/26/19. Taken from the home was one (1) yellow gold stamped 14kt., 36.00 cts. Tanzanite necklace with two (2) 2.25 white sapphires necklace. The victim reported the total value of the necklace at the time of the report to be approximately $27,582.00. 

10/13 - Jamal M. Madison, 28, of Jersey City was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Madison was processed and released with a pending court date. 

10/14 - Oscar Noa, 51, of Summit was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. Mr. Noa was processed and released with a pending court date. 

10/14 - Amber M. Khan, 54, of Bridgewater was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. Ms. Kahn was processed and released with a pending court date. 

10/14 - At 1354 hours a report was taken for a theft of a cell phone from a Beechwood Road business. The victim reported the incident occurred at approximately 1130 hours on this date. Taken was one (1) black iPhone 10 in a black Otterbox brand cell phone case. The total value of the stolen items at the time of the report was approximately $899.99. 

10/14 - At 1701 hours a report was taken for a theft from an unsecured motor vehicle parked in the driveway of a Blackburn Road residence. The victim reported the incident occurred sometime between 2100 hours on 10/11 and 0800 hours on 10/12. Taken from the unsecured vehicle were one (1) pair of Electric Flipside prescription sunglasses, one (1) State of New Jersey vehicle registration card and one (1) insurance card. The total value of the stolen items at the time of the report was approximately $150.00. 

10/14 - At 2039 hours a report was taken for a theft of services from a Morris Essex Turnpike business. The victim reported a black male driver operating a silver sedan requested the victim to fill the gas tank for a cash payment. As the victim removed the nozzle of the gas pump, the suspect started the vehicle and drove off without paying. The victim reported the total value of stolen gasoline was $45.17. 

10/16 - Jose L. Villalobos, 34, of Summit was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. Mr. Villalobos was processed and released with a pending court date.
