Wende Matejek, 40, of Summit, was arrested in the area of East Broad Street and Woodland Avenue for drunken driving, police said. Officers took Matejek to Westfield Police Headquarters and then to the Union County Police Department. Matejek was released to responsible adult, pending a court date, police said.

Klara Zdenkova, 44, of Westfield, was arrested for DWI after crashing her vehicle in the area of South Chestnut Street and Hillcrest Avenue, police said. Officers took her to police headquarters, processed her and released her to a sober adult, police said.

Oct. 20 at 1:02 a.m.

Officers arrested Christian Justiniano, 24, of Elizabeth, for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of prescription pills without a prescription, police said. He was transported to police headquarters, processed and released with a summons, police said.

Oct. 20 at 1:26 a.m.

Officers arrested Aishan Abdullah, 33, of Plainfield, for drunken driving, police said. Abdullah was processed and released to a sober adult.

Oct. 20 3:44 a.m.

Officers arrested Hector Olivo, 31, of Plainfield, for drunken driving, police said. The officers stopped him on the area of South Avenue by Sussex Street, police said. The officers transported him to police headquarters, then later released him to a sober adult, police said.

Oct. 21 at 2:30 a.m.

Officers arrested Malcolm Pierce, 28, of Newark, for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of a controlled dangerous substance, police said. Also arrested were Latoya Martin, 28, of Plainfield, for possession of a CDS and Altoneish Knibbs, 26, of Plainfield, for drug possession, police said. Officers had stopped them while driving on Westfield Broad Street near Lamberts Mill Road.

Nov. 2, at 11: 36 p.m.

Officers arrested Courtney Conner, 30, of Bloomfield, for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, following a motor vehicle stop, police said. She was transported to police headquarters, processed and released with a summons, police said.

Nov. 3, at 2:17 a.m.

Officers arrested Talona Johnson, 31, of East Orange, for drunken driving following a motor vehicle stop, police said. Johnson was processed and released to a sober adult, police said.
