UNION, NJ - The New Jersey Division of the Deaf & Hard of Hearing has developed flyer to help persons who are deaf or hard of hearing to communicate with first responders and medical professionals regarding exposure to the COVID-19.

The flyers enable persons with hearing impairments to indicate their symptoms, their recent travel (including location and means of transport) and how long they’ve been sick.

Versions in English and Spanish may be downloaded free of charge at nj.gov/humanservices/ddhh.
