Huntington Learning Center in Oradell, NJ is currently hiring for various PT & FT positions.

PT - Administrative Assistant (20-25 hours per week)

We are currently hiring part time Administrative Assistants for our Customer Engagement Center (CEC). The CEC connects with parents from coast to coast and is open Monday-Thursday 8AM-10:30PM, Friday 8AM-7PM, and Saturday 9AM-5:30PM. Schedules include a minimum of 2 Saturday shifts, evening hours (until 10:30PM), and paid training.

As an Administrative Assistant, job duties include, but are not limited to:

Answering and transferring a high volume of inbound calls (40-60 calls per hour)
Making appointment confirmation calls
Data entry
Clerical duties (filing, mailing, sorting)
Pleasant and professional phone etiquette
Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM
Team player with an eye for attention to detail
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Proficiency in word processing software
Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) a plus
High school diploma or GED

Salary $12.00-$15.00

PT - Outbound Call Center Agent (20-25 hours per week)

Outbound Call Center Agents ensure a memorable customer service experience by using questioning and listening skills during an outbound to set up student academic evaluations. Specific duties for this role include:

Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients
Ensuring a positive experience during all calls by educating clients on our services, responding to questions, overcoming objections, and scheduling student academic evaluations
Building positive rapport with clients of differing personality types
Remaining polite and professional during all interactions
Documenting all client/prospect information and communications in our computer system
Participating in initial and ongoing training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services
Work Environment

Customer Engagement Center (CEC) is located at the corporate office in Oradell, NJ (Bergen County)
Part-time schedule (20 to 25 hours/week) including afternoon (Monday through Friday), evening twice per week (ending at 10:30PM), and two Saturdays per month.

Salary $15.00

*Bilingual Spanish/English a plus*

FT - Educational Sales Agent

Educational Sales Agents will ensure a memorable customer service experience by using questioning and listening skills during an initial inquiry to set up student academic evaluations. Specific duties for this role include:

Ensuring a positive experience during all initial inquiries by educating clients on our services, responding to questions, overcoming objections, and scheduling student academic evaluations
Building positive rapport with clients of differing personality types
Remaining polite and professional during all interactions
Documenting all client/prospect information and communications in our computer system
Participating in initial and ongoing training to maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services
Work Environment

Customer Engagement Center (CEC) is located at the corporate office in Oradell, NJ (Bergen County)
Full-time schedule - includes two weekday evening shifts per week (until 10:30 PM) and two Saturday shifts per month (9:00 AM-5:30 PM)

Total compensation in the $35k to $40k+ range. This range includes an hourly base rate plus individually driven commission.
