The Parish Administrator (PA) is responsible for managing and producing written communications from Grace Episcopal Church under the direction of the Pastor.
The PA is responsible for understanding the basic programmatic and scheduling information so as to be a point of contact for basic questions from members, other congregations, and the greater public about events, activities and services at the Church.
The job includes but is not limited to: the church newsletter, weekly worship bulletins and announcements; maintaining the parish database, preparing various parish mailings; full competency in Microsoft Office including Publisher and related programs, copy/editing experience, proven attention to detail, an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
