Full-Time Entry-Level Position – Experienced Administrative Assistant must possess strong communication skills with interacting with the public. Computer literacy in all aspects of Microsoft Word and Excel a must, with a willingness to learn new software systems. Duties to include, but not limited to, assisting in the daily office needs and managing general administrative activities under the direction of the Municipal Clerk such as licensing, notarizing documents, purchase requisitions, processing various applications and permits. Assisting in records management, and elections. Must have competency and accuracy in handling money. Possession or willingness to obtain a valid notary public license a plus. Salary DOQ.
