Regal Bank, which was established in December 2007, is located at 570 W. Mt. Pleasant Avenue and 504 S. Livingston Avenue in Livingston as well as eight other locations throughout Essex, Union, Morris and Somerset Counties.

Q: Describe what your business does. Is it mainly business-to-business or business-to-consumer?

A: Regal Bank provides a full range of banking services to both consumers and businesses within nine New Jersey communities. These products and services are delivered in a friendly manner, making the experience at Regal Bank an enjoyable one.

Q: Why did you decide to have a business or do business in Livingston?

A: We consider Livingston our hometown. It’s home to our headquarters. It’s also a thriving community and Regal Bank was eager to address the needs of its residents and businesses while providing a convenient banking option in the area. 

Q: What is your favorite thing about Livingston?

A: There is a sense of pride in the Livingston community. The level of community involvement and volunteerism is a great thing to be part of. We love the people and are inspired by their kindness and their resolve.

Q: What is the most frequently asked question by potential customers or existing clients?

A:People often ask about the details of Regal Bank’s products and services. For example, “Can I take a picture of my check with my phone?”

They see what larger banking institutions offer. Regal Bank offers the same products and services as larger banks, but has the flexibility to tailor services and products to meet individual needs.

Q: In a few words describe your business plan.

A: Regal Bank will continue to expand geographically, as it makes sense, to bring our outstanding customer service to more communities. The bank will also remain competitive in terms of the products and services offered.

Q: What are some services that your business offers that people may not be aware of?

A: Mobile Check Deposit is a popular feature of mobile banking and has only been an option in the age of smartphones. Regal Bank is proud to offer this innovative feature for the convenience of our customers.
Q: What sets your company apart from others in your industry?

A: Regal Bank offers all the same products and services as larger institutions, but we're different in the way that we are nimble. We respond quickly and are able to provide custom banking solutions in a way that big banks cannot.

Regal Bank is also very community oriented. We get involved with local activities, often sponsoring neighborhood events ranging from live concerts to fundraisers for local animal shelters. We care about the area because we live here, too.

Q: What do you want people to know about your company?

A: Regal Bank is the community’s bank. It’s the kind of bank Livingston needs. We’re competitive which means that we always strive to do more for our customers and go above and beyond whenever possible. It’s banking that customers can feel good about. This isn’t Wall Street. It’s Mt. Pleasant Avenue.
