Did you miss a movie that you wanted to see in the theaters and don’t want to pay to rent it or for the DVD? Come to “Monday Night Movies” at the library. It’s all the fun of a movie theater but none of the cost. We are showing brand new releases every Monday night and we will be providing popcorn for all who attend. This week’s movie stars Chris Evans, Lindsay Duncan, Mckenna Grace and Octavia Spencer. Frank Adler (Evans) is a single man raising a child prodigy - his spirited young niece Mary (Grace) - in a coastal town in Florida. Frank's plans for a normal school life for Mary are foiled when the seven-year-old's mathematical abilities come to the attention of Frank's formidable mother Evelyn (Duncan) whose plans for her granddaughter threaten to separate Frank and Mary. Octavia Spencer plays Roberta, Frank and Mary's landlady and best friend. This movie is rated PG-13. The movie that is shown on Monday night will also be shown again on the subsequent Wednesday at 12:30 pm for those that can’t make the Monday night showing or don’t like to drive at night. Stop by the library and pick up a schedule of the movies being shown.
