The South Plainfield Football team won its final game Friday night in its annual North vs South game.  The Tigers were impressive in their 54-41 win over rival North Plainfield.  South Plainfield was led by senior Josiah Harvey. 

Josiah had an outstanding game against North Plainfield.  He carried the ball twenty-one times for 238 yards while scoring three touch downs. Josiah was also a leader on defense, making two tackles.  For the season, Josiah has scored seven touchdowns while amassing 610 yards rushing and 276 yards passing.  On defense, Josiah had an incredible 36 tackles for the year.  The Tigers will miss Josiah’s work ethic and leadership next season.
