Thurs: 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm

Learn to heal in mind and body to release stress with authentic traditional and therapeutic yoga techniques. Our meditation sessions are great for stress management and relaxation.

For the class, You will need:

  • A yoga mat
  • A water bottle
  • Have loose and comfortable clothing for yoga/meditation
  • No loose Jewelry 
  • No heavy foods 90 minutes prior to class
