Barre Intensity / ONLINE ZOOM -  The Barre Intensity program combines attributes of Pilates, dance, and functional fitness training.

Essential Hatha Yoga with a Flow /ONLINE Zoom - Essential Hatha Yoga is a traditional yoga class focusing on holding the poses (asanas).

Zumba (Sneakers Please) / ONLINE ZOOM - Zumba is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and International music and dance movements, which create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system!

Integrative Mat Pilates / ONLINE Zoom - Integrative Mat Pilates is a form of exercise that has an incredibly wide range of positive effects on your body.

Yoga 101 / ONLINE ZOOM - Learn the basics of yoga or come as an advanced practitioner. Nadia leads this Vinyasa Yoga class with a gradual progression or step-by-step approach that systematically and appropriately takes a student from one point and safely lands them at the next point. She incorporates breathing techniques or the union of breath and movement in the flow of sequence. This class is appropriate for all levels. 

Cardio Sculpt Express 45 mins ( soft sole shoes recommended) / ZOOM ONLINE -  Cardio Sculpt uses a variety of fitness techniques (varied weighted  hand held weights, resistance bands, body bars, fitness circles, and one's own body resistance) and body movement forms to strengthen and sculpt your body, increase your metabolism, and improve range of motion.

Lunch Time Break / Yoga for the Whole Family - Get Up from the computer and stretch, clear the mind, and ground your energy for the rest of the day. This lunchtime yoga will be approximately 45 mins allowing enough time to have a bite to eat and then get back to your daily work resonsibilities. 

Alignment Based Vinyasa (Open Level) / ONLINE ZOOM - Alignment Based Vinyasa yoga emphasizes the integration of body, mind, and spirit. This class will challenge and refine your flexibility, strength and balance.

Vinyasa Flow (Open Level) / ONLINE ZOOM - Vinyasa means to move. A Vinyasa yoga class is a traditional class that links the yoga postures (asanas) to breath, and breath to motion.

Zumba Meets Bolly DaZz - Zumba -- Moving your body and having fun is the goal to this Latin-inspired, dance-fitness craze. 

What to expect with classes at Providence Health and Fitness: Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels and everyone is welcome. Our instructors will give low and higher impact versions meaning everyone gets a great workout, and you will challenge your entire body, strengthening and lengthening your muscles. Our exercises are always changing and challenging. We use balls, weights, bands, circles, and more to make your workout fun, and diverse, so you will leave our classes knowing that you have had a great work out and feel straighter and more aligned. Our members are a mix of all ages and fitness levels and our clients love our studio because of its small class sizes and intimate feel.
