BERNARDS TWP., NJ - Mayor Janice Fields will hold her last Meet the Mayor Series event to wrap up her year-long term as Bernards Township mayor in 2021. The final event, scheduled for 7 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 13, will recognize and share the holiday traditions celebrated by township residents, the mayor said.

Residents are invited to either come to the session, or to email their family and cultural traditions for celebrating the holidays, Fields said.

The topic for the December Meet the Mayor is holiday traditions around Bernards Township. "Our guest speaker will be you, Bernards residents," the mayor said.

Hot chocolate and cookies will be served at the event, which will be held at the Bernards Township municipal building, 1 Collyer Lane in Basking Ridge. Meet the Mayor is free and open to all residents.
