Springs, leverage and body weight are used as resistance while performing movements targeting specific muscle groups. This class is taught as an open level, semi-private group class limited to three students. Separate Fee.

This traditional yoga class focuses on holding the poses (asanas). The poses are held anywhere from 5 to 10 breaths. Holding the poses for this length of time greatly increases flexibility and strength while enhancing posture. Class ends with a relaxation and meditation asana.
