SPARTA, NJ – A Bayonne woman is facing drug charges after being stopped for an improper lane change.  On June 12 around 10 a.m. Officer Taylor May pulled over Amirah Hafez, 23 on Pinecone Lane after she exited Route 15 onto Woodport Road, police said.
