Sparta Police: Speeding and Smell Ends with Drug Charges for Sparta Man

SPARTA, NJ – A Sparta man is facing drug related charges after a traffic stop on West Shore Trail.  On December 12 around 11:30 p.m. Officer Brian Porter stopped James Sokoloski, 23, for speeding; driving 33 MPH in a 25 MPH zone, police report.
