Energize your mind and body with Pilates. In this moderately paced class, we'll build strength, endurance and flexibility through exercises that focus on challenging your core while balancing all muscle groups.
This class is suitable for students of all levels.

Combining attributes of Pilates and dance, this program targets deliberate muscle groups using a repetition of movements that combine strength and stretch and elevates your heart rate. The results are a total body workout that will leave you feeling 110% accomplished.

Pilates Reformer is an exercise machine used to incorporate the Pilates exercise technique. Springs, leverage and body weight are used as resistance while performing movements targeting specific muscle groups. This class is taught as an open level, semi-private group class limited to 3 students. Separate Fee.
