TRENTON, NJ — Governor Phil Murphy and Health Commissioner Judy Persichilli announced the State Department of Health has confirmed a case of the Omicron variant in a traveler to the state.  The person has been identified by the state as an adult female, who is a fully-vaccinated resident from Georgia, and had recently traveled to South Africa.
