SPARTA, NJ- A Brooklyn man is facing drug charges when the car in which he was a passenger was stopped for a broken tail light.  On January 14 around 2 a.m. Officer Thomas Herd stopped Akeem McKinney, 21 for the broken light on her green Volkswagen, police said.
