Dr. Francesca Laguardia and Dr. Daniela Peterka-Benton, Associate Professors in the Department of Justice Studies at Montclair State University, will discuss issues with the definition of domestic terrorism from a legalistic and sociological point of view; and its impact on opportunities to interrupt and incapacitate domestic terrorists.
