Elmwood Square Apartments Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony
The Housing Authority of Plainfield (HAP) broke ground on a $19.3 million project in September 2020 to celebrate the new construction of Elmwood Square, an ambitious redevelopment plan that will bring 58 new apartments to the community.
A little over a year, a ribbon cutting ceremony will be held.
