Students, do you need a physical to play a winter sport? You can get one in the nurse's office at Plainfield High School from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, October 27.

Pick up a health packet, answer all the questions, have parents sign the forms, and bring them with you to the physical. Students with incomplete packets will not be seen.
