After answering 205 calls in June, Summit’s EMS Volunteers responded to 185 emergency calls during July, including 112 medical emergencies; 18 falls; 24 motor vehicle accidents, including two on a highway, two involving a rollover; six traumatic injuries; four cases of overdose or poisoning; one response to a medical alarm; and two pedestrians struck by a vehicle.
