Shoplifters Caught and Charged After Fleeing Marshall's in Clark

CLARK, NJ - A shoplifting incident at Marshall's went awry on Tuesday night when two suspects accused of cutting security tags off merchandise were approached by security personnel in the store around 5 p.m.
