Newton Police: Broken Brake Light Ends with Multiple Charges for Fake Siblings

NEWTON, NJ—A Pennsylvania man is facing multiple charges including driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle after a traffic stop.  On January 5 Ptl. Jared Zappa stopped David Torre, 38 of Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania on Water Street for a broken brake light according to police.
