Newton Man Arrested for Multiple Burglaries to Vehicles Around Town

NEWTON, NJ—A Newton man is in custody charged with a number of car burglaries on the nights of August 28 and 29. Newton Police Department picked up Hasdrede Kengne, 20, around 10:30 a.m. for the thefts, police report.
