Fewer Than 15,000 New COVID-19 Cases Statewide, Rate of Transmission Holds Steady

NEW JERSEY — The State Department of Health reported 14,692 new COVID-19 cases on Saturday.  It's the third time in 2022 there have been fewer than 20,000 new cases in a day. The state reported 121 new deaths from COVID-19.

5,671 people are in New Jersey's hospitals with COVID-19, a number that is down roughly 200 from Thursday.
