Two Elizabeth Residents Charged with Animal Cruelty After Claims of Leaving Sick Dog Chained Up Without Food and Water

ELIZABETH, NJ - Two Elizabeth residents have been charged with leaving an elderly and sickly dog chained up outside in unsanitary conditions without food or water, says acting Union County Prosecutor Michael A. Monahan. 

Moris and Glady Gamez, 47 and 48 years of age, respectively, were both charged on Thursday with fourth-degree animal cruelty.
