Lost Dog in Roxbury

ROXBURY, NJ - Roxbury Animal Control Officer Sue Blanchard is hoping to find the owner of a small dog found early today along Berkshire Valley Road.

The dog is three to four months old and does not have a microchip, Blanchard said.
