On January 27, 2023, at approximately 9:15am Officer Travis Cooper was on routine patrol in the area of South Orange Avenue and Vose Avenue.  Officer Cooper saw an individual reaching into his parked car on South Orange Avenue and noticed the butt-end of a gun tucked into his lower back waistband.
