SPARTA, NJ – A Sparta man charged with drunk driving after being stopped for driving north in the southbound lane of Woodport Road.  On January 12 around midnight Officer Chris Botta saw John McGovern, 22 driving a blue Saburu the wrong way on Route 181, police said.
