SPARTA, NJ – A man from Belle Meade has been identified as having shoplifted three times from a grocery store.  Nicholas Ranta, 36, has been caught on surveillance cameras but has not been located so a disorderly persons charge for theft was sent to his address with a mandatory court appearance.
