Cedar Grove Appoints a New Deputy Clerk to Replace Kathleen Stutz

CEDAR GROVE, NJ -- Dale Ford was appointed as the deputy clerk at Monday night's Cedar Grove Township Council meeting.

Christine Dye Resigns from Cedar Grove Board of Education

CEDAR GROVE, NJ -- Christine Dye on Wednesday submitted her resignation from the Cedar Grove Board of Education.

Dye's resignation follows a recent certification by the Essex County Clerk's Office of a petition circulated in Cedar Grove seeking a minimum of 2,802 signatures to put a referendum recalling Dye from the BOE on the election ballot in November.

West Orange Exxon Station Robbed in Broad Daylight

WEST ORANGE, NJ -- At approximately 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 28, two men with a firearm robbed the cashier at the Exxon gas station on the corner of Eagle Rock Avenue and Prospect Avenue in West Orange.
