Mark Orenstein, who founded Mark & Julie’s Homemade Ice Cream with his wife Julie, passed away on Thursday, September 8. Mark & Julie’s Ice Cream has been a West Orange favorite since it opened on Pleasant Valley Road in 1994. Mark & Julie sold the shop to Mike and Bre Guerriero several months ago because Mark was battling pancreatic cancer.

Chipotle to Pay New Jersey $7.75 Million to Settle Child Labor Law Violations

TRENTON, NJ — Chipotle Mexican Grill will pay the State of New Jersey a record $7.75 million to settle child labor law violations.
