Nancy (Venitucci) Manley, age 81, of Bourne, MA, formerly of Cedar Grove, NJ, passed away in
her home with family by her side on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 after a long and courageous
battle with metastatic breast cancer.

Born Nunzia Maria Venitucci in North Tarrytown, NY to Giuseppe and Clara (Lotito) Venitucci,
she grew up in White Plains, NY and graduated from the local high school. She volunteered at
an orphanage and worked at AT&T Longlines for 10 years.

Nancy met the love of her life, the late Michael Duffy Manley, with whom she shared 48 years of
marriage, faith in God and a passion for helping others. She lived in Cedar Grove, NJ for 35
years, raising her two children and serving as an active parishioner and Eucharistic Minister for
St. Catherine of Sienna parish. She made meals for the homeless at St. Patrick Cathedral in
Newark and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary North End Fire Dept.

She moved to Cape Cod in 2006 when Michael retired, became a parishioner of St. Margaret
Church, Buzzards Bay and continued to dedicate herself to serving others. She was a member
of the Women’s Guild, a founding member of the St. Vincent de Paul Society Thrift Shop,
volunteered at the Bourne Food Pantry and became a Director at the Friends of the Bourne
Council on Aging. Well-known by many as their favorite Italian cook, her meatballs, braciole,
breads and desserts were made with love.

Nancy was the beloved mother of Michael Manley and his wife, Lynn of Florida and Nancy
Stevens and her husband, Michael of Medfield, MA; loving sister of Patrick Venitucci of
Shenrock, NY, the late Andrew Venitucci of Florida and two infant brothers; adoring
grandmother of Ava, Derek, Griffin, Matthew and Makenna; and caring aunt to many nieces and
nephews. She will be missed by her family and the many friends who were touched by her
grace, strength and kindness.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Margaret’s Church, 141 Main St., Buzzards Bay on
September 3rd at 10am. Interment at Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Montclair, NJ is
private. In tribute, please perform a random act of kindness, quietly and humbly. This was her
only request, a testament to how she lived her life.
